What you're ALL forgetting, and I'm not a big fan of bigotry either.... is that Karen, no matter how perochial her view might seem to us all, has that right to express her view, just as we all do. So, may I make a suggestion, that you ALL quit badgering her, and remember....it's only a movie clip..... it's not brain surgery....

VERY funny.Though "Dorothy" calling the "Tinman" a big "Homo" was totally wrong.If she called him a big "N"(theactor playing him is black)threr would have been riots(and rightfully so).It is wrong to use bigoted language for ALL groups,white,black,gay,non gay,etc.Shame on MADTV for that slip up.

What I always thought was hilarious about the movie is that in the beginning, Glinda asks Dorothy if she is a good witch or a bad witch. Dorothy replies that she's no witch at all, witches are old and ugly, to which Glinda replies that only bad witches are ugly. Uh, hello? Then why did you have to ask which one I was??!!!!

I've always thought the Wizard of Oz is one of the greatest movies to make fun of.
It's great that someone is of like mind and has actually developed something like this to demonstrate
what fertile ground there is in Oz for satirizing this
great classic of the screen.
There has already been much written about the movie in the way of critiques and documentaries on production, etc. It is really great to have added to all the
other material this truly creative and riotously funny piece. Great idea.

I personally think that is is deplorable to use the word homo in that clip. I mean, like Karen said, if the wors Ni**er was used, we would have riots all over the place. I myself am not gay, but I am transgender, and I take offense when "straight" people use the word homo in a negative way. Not that there is any way to use it positively, but you know what I mean. I am guessing that the majority of the poeple on this site are involved someway in the GLBT community, and any of you that commented saying how cool that clip was, should be ashamed of yourselves. Can't you see, that once again, we are being made fun of. It is people like you that allow the "normal" community to continue bashing us.
