Keeping Up With The Johansens
1. I never went to any school dances, I was a nerd/geek/emo so that stuff was not for me, plus I knew no girl would ever dance with me...ten years later I don't feel regret, but I do feel loneliness since I never had a girlfriend in those days and still have never had one...
3. I love it! I know it is only a commerical, but I love the message it sends esp. to the young gays.

7. I'm norwegian and I remember when this commercial used to air. as far as I can remember it's for this help-line you can call if you're young, confused and want to talk to someone about it. it has a green number so you can call them for free.

9. I wish I had been that self-aware at his age. Not only would I have been way too scared, but I was still buried under heaps of denial that I only started burrowing through months ago. This made me feel warm with happiness and cold with envy at the same time. I hope that reality can eventually mimic the attitude of this video, so that people like me don't have to be jealous of young lovers in the straight population anymore.

10. I love that commercial. But if I remember correctly, when it was broadcast here in Norway the phrase at the end was "You don't have to be that brave".

14. WOW !!! That was one awesome commercial. If only the world would wake up and let people be who they really are without fear of rejection and ridicule. I can remember having the same feelings when I was that boy's age; but didn't have the nadz to act on them.
