Fashion - Dutch artists customize the legendary Levi's back pocket to collect money for the Dutch AIDS Fund




It was already a big success the first time around when the Levi's back pocket project was launched in Belgium last year and this time it's time for The Netherlands to get the creative juices flowing.

Denim brand Levi's asked several singers, artists and fashion designers with the same rebelious spirit as the brand to take on their classic back pocket and give it their own personal touch. The little pieces of art of Dutch designers and celebs such as Marlies Dekkers, Bas Kosters, Ottograph and other artists from the Dutch underground scene are being exhibited until ... on a 'Levi's wall of back pocket art' in Coffee Company (Woustraat 153) in Amsterdam.

But for those of you not able to make it to the Dutch capital, you can find all back pockets on www.levisbackpocketauction.com where you can bid on your favourite back pockets and support the Dutch AIDS Fund by doing so. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the charity.
