Art
- What happens when you give 70 singers and musicians a picture of themselves and ask them to destroy the shot? That was the start of Destroy / Rankin, an art-project by British fashion photographer Rankin and Youth Music, the UK's largest children's music charity providing funding for music projects and activities.

The project is one of the main events organised for the 10th birthday of the charity. Artists such as Kylie Minogue, Basement Jaxx, Gossip and Marianne Faithfull all provided their services and 'destroyed' their pictures. They cut them up, burnt them, defaced them with paint and nail varnish, ... every possible way of destroying a picture was allowed.
