News - A gay man, Rocky Bennet, 21, has told the News of the World that Prince Harry kissed him - for a beer!

Bennet said:

"I went up to him and told him I would love to buy him a drink - if he gave me a kiss...Harry just burst out laughing, threw his arms around me and kissed me on the left cheek. I'm not going to wash my face for a month now! It was the best moment of my life. I just burst into tears, he's so down to earth. It was so crazy to see Harry out in Stevenage. It's not exactly the most exotic place. He went upstairs to the VIP lounge at first but then came down to the main bar. He was with about eight other guys and security was tight but when I went over to him he was lovely. I told him how much I had admired his mother Princess Diana and how I thought she would be proud of him. He seemed very merry but he was still willing to talk to people. So I went to the bar to buy him a drink and got my kiss."
Well lucky him!

It's not the first time NOTW has been obsessed with Harry's sexuality. In 2006 they obtained the infamous video that started a race argument when Harry was caught calling a friend 'paki'. In the same video he is seen licking and kissing another soldier saying 'I love you'. Another extract had the Prince, during a drilling session (careful), asking a soldier if he was 'gay, queer on the side?'

Activist Peter Tatchell jumped to his defence: "For him to happily give his soldier friend a public kiss and lick his face strikes me as rather liberated and enlightened, for a straight man," he said.

"If only more heterosexual men were relaxed about same-sex affection like Harry, the world would be a better place."

Tatchell added: "The context and intention of words is crucial in deciding whether they are offensive or not. I don't find anything objectionable about the context in which Harry used the word queer."

At least it's an excuse for me to show that picture again.
