Gossip - Does the Queen of Pop have a secret son? A video that surfaced on the web just a few days ago claims just that. The trailer of a forthcoming documentary, Material Boy, tells us that the star would have given birth to a little boy in 1973, when she was 15, at least, that's what the makers of the video want you to believe.

The trailer to the documentary starts of with an introduction saying: "On December 24, 1973, a young, 15-year-old girl named Madonna gave birth to a boy in a hospital in Michigan. Now, 36 years later, the best ever kept secret in the history of pop music will be revealed".

Although the film is set for release later this year a quick search on renowed film site IMDB doesn't return any results for Material Boy, the title of the documentary.

The trailer seems to be a viral video, created to draw attention to a new project by Luizo Vega, a performer/videomaker. In Material Boy he tells the story of a bastard son of Madonna.
