Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo -- the guy who plays for Real Madrid and who got paid over $100 million to move there from Manchester, the guy who's talked about as much for the way he looks like a model as for his talent at the world's most popular sport, the guy who has come out in support of gay marriage, the guy who breaks season goal records, the guy who dates Russian model Irina Shayk, the guy people talk about being totally gay even though he probably isn't -- just did something super gay.

He had a baby with a surrogate.

A person only identified as "an American woman" just gave birth to Ronaldo's first child and then she waived her parental rights. Meanwhile, Shayk (whose career is, understandably, not exactly friendly to getting fat with a baby) Facebooked about it, saying "My boyfriend is now father of a boy."

You can keep your idiotic Taylor Swift–accompanied YouTube videos (after the jump) with still photos of him holding man-bags, crying during games, and generally swanning about with wavy hair; creating a baby the Ricky Martin way is how you get people talking.
