The show follows ten celebs on their survival journey in the Australian bush. Surprising this year is the participation of no less than three gay celebrities.

London - It has been confirmed that the British Ministry of Defence (MoD) has been paying 4 million British pounds (£) to service personnel unfairly dismissed from the armed forces because of their sexual orientation.

4th of November was supposed to go in history as a day of change and hope. A dream quickly shattered when news came in that California voted yes on proposition 8.
But the battle is not yet over. Different Californian gay rights organisations and councils started taking legal actions against the proposition. The ACLU, Lambda Legal, the city of San Francisco, Los Angeles and Santa Clara are just a few who started a communal procedure to get the amendment scrapped.

That's one of the harsh findings of a poll conducted by British broadsheet The Observer. 24% of Britons opposes homosexual sex and believes that it should be made illegal. This rise of 1% since a similar survey in 2002 shows that although the decriminalisation of homosexual acts was already passed in 1967 in the so called
Sexual Offences Act, it still looks like quite a big group of the British public would rather turn back time.

There are six of them, they are Danish (but live in London), and already took Europe by storm earlier this year with their hitsingle Fascination. Who the hell am I talking about? The girl and boys of Alphabeat of course.
Last year they supported Mika on tour and yesterday they set up camp at Shepherds Bush Empire in London, UK, as part of their current UK tour.
