Quarter of Britons opposes gay sex

That's one of the harsh findings of a poll conducted by British broadsheet The Observer. 24% of Britons opposes homosexual sex and believes that it should be made illegal. This rise of 1% since a similar survey in 2002 shows that although the decriminalisation of homosexual acts was already passed in 1967 in the so called Sexual Offences Act, it still looks like quite a big group of the British public would rather turn back time.
